Energy Certificates
Domohome Architecture & Design undertakes to issue the energy performance certificate (EPC) or energy situation issued by the auditor, which is now required for all independent floor area of basic housing uses (permanent or holiday), professional premises, gathering together, education, temporary accommodation, health and welfare (etc.)
The energy certificate is also required in case of sale of the entire building or part thereof and corresponding to any new lease, which is borne by the owner.
